Texture Project

My journey into textures started as a personal challenge—500 studies to push my understanding of light, form, and surface qualities. What began as an experiment quickly became an obsession, revealing how textures can transform an artwork and make it feel truly real and tangible. Each study in this collection represents hours of observation and study, from the glossy sheen of a candy apple to the gritty roughness of stone. This images below are a window into that process, a glimpse at the hard work that shaped my approach to painting.
